Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRALALA, a browser extension and related services operated by Celestical Cloud SAS ("TRALALA", "we", "our" or "us").
By installing, accessing, or using TRALALA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use TRALALA.
By using the service, you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of the Service
TRALALA provides browser-based tools designed to simplify and improve user-controlled sharing and interaction workflows across supported platforms.
Features and supported platforms may evolve over time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TRALALA only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms, policies, and rules of third-party platforms you access.
You may not:
- Use TRALALA for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the extension beyond permitted use
- Use automated methods to abuse supported platforms through TRALALA
- Violate the rights, privacy, or security of others
- Use TRALALA in violation of applicable platform rules or policies
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your use of the extension
- The URLs, content, and actions you initiate through the service
- Your compliance with third-party platform requirements
- The security of your devices and account credentials
5. Accounts and Authentication
Some features may require account authentication.
You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and authentication tokens.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
6. Paid Plans and Billing
TRALALA may offer free and paid subscription plans, including premium tiers such as "Tralalala" and "Tralalalala".
Paid features, usage limits, pricing, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected subscription.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Mollie. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the payment processor used for the transaction.
TRALALA does not directly store full payment card details on its own servers.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
However, by activating or using paid digital features immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once the digital service has been fully performed.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.
Future API and Usage Limits
Certain TRALALA features may rely on APIs, automated workflows, or infrastructure resources subject to usage limitations.
We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or enforce:
- Rate limits
- Usage quotas
- Feature restrictions
- Fair-use policies
- Plan-based API access limitations
Excessive, abusive, automated, or infrastructure-impacting usage may result in temporary throttling, suspension, or restriction of access.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, plan structures, or usage limits at any time.
7. Permissions and Technical Operation
TRALALA may request browser permissions necessary to operate its features, including access to the currently active tab URL.
The extension does not read inactive tabs, browsing history, or webpage content unless explicitly stated and required for a feature you intentionally use.

8. Intellectual Property
TRALALA, including its software, branding, trademarks, visual identity, design, source code, and related materials, is owned by Celestical Cloud SAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service solely for its intended purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-Party Services
TRALALA interacts with third-party websites and platforms selected by users.
We are not responsible for:
- The availability or operation of third-party platforms
- Changes made by third-party services
- Third-party content, policies, or practices
- Any limitation, suspension, or restriction imposed by third parties
10. Service Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of TRALALA at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or permanent availability of the service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TRALALA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestical Cloud SAS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celestical Cloud SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of TRALALA
- Your inability to use the service
- Third-party platform actions or restrictions
- Data loss, interruptions, or security incidents
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TRALALA at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued operation presents legal, technical, or security risks.
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Updated versions will be published on the TRALALA website or made available through the extension.
Continued use of TRALALA after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Celestical Cloud SAS, without regard to conflict of law principles.
